Getting a little serialized over here, remember when Tommy briefly mentioned he had a younger brother who joined a gang? Remember when Phil's former high school principal asked him to come fight in a guerilla war to liberate San Francisco from the various gangs that have taken it over since the government left it to rot? There, you're all caught up, but none of that has anything to do with this story, it's completely unrelated. Carrie and Jimmy open up a lemonade stand and hijinks ensue.
